- yet another fantastic show - excellent music and food for thought.
During the show you asked "were the gods created before man or did man create the gods". Giving this some thought, I would agree there has always been something as a higher power than ourselves. We (as humans) can't categorise or undertstand the full concept or power of this higher element - so we "created" gods (and named them) to "humanise them" (like we did so that a mouse can talk to a duck or a dog, or a rabbit can talk to his hunter). Consequently, because we all seem to approach life in different ways, we either had a "catch all" god, or gods for specific actions, or functions or responsibilities. Further we then attributed moral customs and codes to some of those gods to allow us to "please" our gods - giving them a parental function as well.
A very deep and heavy subject... so thanks for making the dusty cogs turn. My thanks to you both - and hope that you thoroughly enjoy your adventure.
Much love
Frog.
